Engine 2 is a 2000 Pierce built truck on a Kenworth chassis. The truck holds 1000 gallons of water and pumps at 1250 gallons per minute. The Fire Department purchased the truck as a demo instead of being custom built which saved the District a substantial amount of money. Engine E-2 is a Type I pumper and can seat up to 6 firefighters.

Engine 4 is our newest engine to the Pinetop Fire Fleet. E-4 is a Type three Plaser engine, built on an International frame, with a on board CAFS system. That means we can inject air and foam into the water supply using less water. In others words it helps make the water wetter. Engine 3 is also capable of what is called pump and drive. This means the special monitor on the front of the engine can squirt water while driving. This comes in handy when fighting grass or low intensity wildland fires. This engine can be used for structural fire fighting as well as and is primarily used for wildland fires through-out the United States. Engine 4 holds up to 600 gallons of water, 30 gallons of foam and will pump up to 750 gallons of water per minute. Engine 4 also will carry up to 5 firefighters at any given time.
