The Pinetop Fire Department has teamed up with Lakeside Fire Department, CellularOneAz and Navajo County Health and help educate kids high school and older about the consequences of texting and wrecking.

There will be approximately 5.5 million, + -, crashes this year with 1.5 million injuries and disfigurements. 30,000 deaths with 6000 of those deaths will be directly attributed to a cell phone and texting. See the flim we show them on Youtube.

Ready, Set, Go!!

The Pinetop Fire Department has joined the Ready, Set, Go program. This program focuses on the Wildland/Urban Interface (WUI), preparedness, evacuations and life saving measures. For more information please go to the Ready, Set, Go link provided for your convenience. We can also come to your location to put on a presentation or if we have not made it to your home, as of yet and you would like to have us come by, just call 928-367-2199.

 

ADDRESSING!!!

We are still having some problems with residences and businesses not having addresses on them or where they can be seen from the road, day or night! Please, post your address, help us find you in times of an emergency. Post your address where it can be seen from the street, day or night.

Debris Burning...

All burn permits expire of December 31, each and every year! You will have to come in to either, fire station 110 at 1845 S Pine Lake Rd or station 120 at 5976 Buck Springs Rd, to get a new one. There will be no exceptions!

All Permits are free!

 

The Pinetop Fire District has adopted the International Fire Code 2006, as of December 16th 2008 and amendments to the 2006 International Fire Code as of December 21, 2010. A fee schedule was also adopted along with the fire codes. Contractors and developers, please contact our inspection department at 928-367-2199 for a copy of the fee schedule and amendments.
